Shift Manufacturing Engineers
(Penang - Bayan Lepas)

Responsibilities:

Manage and lead a team of production personnel to meet operation targets
Organize and manage manufacturing activities to meet the productivity, quality and cost target
Initiate and manage productivity improvement projects linked to KPIs & headcount improvement planning Schedule training activities for production personnel
Review Production Control Systems to enhance and strengthen information capturing and control
Liaise with Production Control on Capacity and Loading issues to achieve optimum capacity utilization
Act as Shift Emergency Response Team leader

Requirements:

Degree in Engineering or Science
Minimum 2 years' experience of supervisory management in the Wafer Fabrication, Semiconductor or manufacturing environment
Possess high initiative, independent and able to adapt in a fast paced environment
Good leadership and good interpersonal skills
