K-One Technology Bhd. and its subsidiaries, jointly known as the K-One Group, is a technology provider listed on the Mesdaq Market of Bursa Malaysia, principally design, manufacture and supply mobile phone accessories, computer peripherals and consumer technology products. In view of our expansion, we seek suitably qualified candidate(s) to fill the following position:
Quality Assurance Engineer
(Perak - Ipoh)

Responsibilities:

* To support project team on new product development, qualification, verification and approval process
* To monitor and ensure that project team and supplier conduct the PPAP activities accordingly
* To participate in supplier development program and conduct product, system and process audit at supplier premises
* To ensure that all customer product quality requirements are being fulfilled accordingly during development stage
* To develop inspection and testing method at product development stage and conduct training for operational QA personnel on product quality requirement
* To liaise with customer on all quality issues or improvement program at product development stage
* To coordinate engineering, product and process changes

Requirements:

* Degree / Diploma in any Science or Engineering disciplines or equivalent
* Minimum 2 years working experience in QA
* Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
* Good interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
* Able to lead / coordinate or provide guidance to team for continuous improvement
* Well-versed with QMS including ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. Knowledge of TS 16949 will be an added advantage
