Product Test Engineer
(Melaka - Malacca)

Responsibilities:

-Conduct qualification & implement new packages, products, processes and materials at subcon house.
-Coordinate improvement activities at subcon processes (Deflashing and Plating).
-Facilitate and working with subcon to deliver defect-free products to IFX customer.

Requirements:-Degree in Chemical Engineering/Material Science with minimum 2-years working experience in semiconductor industry, preferable in Power Package. -Must possess good knowledge of Galvanis processes. -Knowledge in End-of-Line processes (molding/Trim & Form) will be an added advantage.
