Production Engineer (Selangor - - Batu Arang Selangor)
Responsibilities:
Responsible to the Production Manager for proper and efficient operation.
Plan, implement and maintain a safe and efficient plant operation and contol to ensure production of high quality product
Liaise with Quality Control on aspects of material and production qualities
Plan, record, check and report on problem relating to plant operation and propose actions to improve the plant
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Chemical), Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Material Science), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Others) or equivalent.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Proactive, dynamic, independent and possess good managerial with strong technical and leadership skill
Computer literate
Applicants must be willing to work in - Batu Arang Selangor.
Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.

We are a leading Japanese Multinational Company manufacturing products of transistor and IC Lead Frames for semiconductors. As part of our expansion program, we seek suitably qualified personnel for the following position:
QA Engineer
(Selangor - Shah Alam)

Responsibilities:

* Developing, maintaining and implementing QMS and continually improving its effectiveness.
* Manage product quality assurance and supplier quality engineering.
* Support new product development & qualification and engineering change activities.
* Drive quality improvement and problem-solving programs.
* As an ISO/TS16949 Internal Auditor.

Requirements:

* Engineering background, preferably with a degree in Electronic / Mechanical / Production / Science Engineering.
* Quality engineering qualification e.g. CQE, CQA or 6 sigma black/green belt will be added advantage.
* 2 – 5 years of related experiences in a manufacturing environment, preferably in stamping/plating industry.
* Experience in implementing ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO/TS16949 is preferred.
* Good analytical skill-knowledge of SPC application and 7 QC tools.
* Highly motivated with excellent interpersonal, communication and writing skills and team orientated.

QA Engineer

Responsibilities:

* Responsible for all quality related matters directly or indirectly related to the assigened product family.
* Drive implementation for all defined quality indicators to meet the definded requirements of the customer.
* Daily management for all outgoing inspection activities and secure corrective actions taken for any non conformance detected.
* Prepare and publish accurate reports and data defined by customers or superiors in a timely manner
* Up keep of the related quality procedures.
* Provide technical assistance in certifying operators and ensuring a high compentency level is maintained by the outgoing quality inpectors
* Conduct periodic audits to ensure line and process compliances are in line with the customer set requirements.

Requirements:
